Refunds:

For items that arrive broken, we will send a replacement parcel at our expense. Please contact us on incomparableinc(at)msn(dot)com.

For items that do not arrive, please note that we will not offer refunds or replacements until at least 2 months have passed with a parcel not arriving.

Should we refund you and the original parcel subsequently arrives, please contact us to process payment again, or if you no longer wish to keep the buttons, please return them to us by post and let us know you have done so.
